Within the framework of the project, an All-Ukrainian conference dedicated to the study of Bar ceramics was held
Academicians, professors, associate professors, employees of national museums and departments of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, ethnographers and folklorists gathered on September 12 in Bari for the All-Ukrainian conference with international participation "The place of Bars ceramics in the pottery heritage of Ukraine." Specially for the scientific collection, 52 authors wrote 42 reports, which presented historical explorations, petrographic characteristics, research visits to pottery museums, the results of archaeological research and the best traditions of the revival of ceramics in today's conditions. The highlight of the conference was an exhibition of authentic samples of Bar ceramics collected from museums, rooms and private collections of Bar, Vinnytsia and even Kharkiv, and a nice bonus - a sales fair, where visitors had the opportunity to buy modern ceramics in the style of Bar ceramics: bowls, half bowls , plates, pots, jugs and even badges, magnets and toys.

All-Ukrainian conference with international participation within the project "Revival of traditions of Bar ceramics v.2.0" with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, co-organizers: Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, Ukrainian Center for Cultural Studies, Department of Culture and Creative Industries of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Kamyanets-Podilsky Ivan Ogienko National University, Mezhybizh State Historical and Cultural Reserve.

"On September 12, we held a large-scale scientific conference, which brought together a respected scientific lobby: 6 doctors and 14 candidates of science, museum staff (from local to national), regional centers of folk art, employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Institute of Archeology, Institute of Ethnology, Institute of History of Ukraine, M. Rylsky Institute of Art History, Folklore and Ethnology), professors, associate professors and teachers of higher education institutions of Ukraine, art critics and ceramists from pottery centers of Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad and even Poland, - says the project manager, director of the NGO " Barsky Moscow Art Theater ”Roman Grigoriev. - Eleven participants of the conference had high titles of "honorary" and "deserved", and three - the status of academics. During the speeches, the speakers told about the history of pottery of the Bar region, its role in the development of Podolsk ceramics, collections of ceramics from Bar were presented in various museums of Ukraine and the world, presented ceramics ornamentation and symbols. In fact, the conference allowed to systematize all the developments and gather them into one collection, which we plan to publish in the near future. "

Also within the framework of the conference there was a presentation of the site "Virtual Museum of Bar Ceramics", which was conducted by the head of the "Center of Visual Communications" of the Agency for Sustainable Development "ASTAR" Alexei Buynitsky.
